Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. This allows us to accommodate other participants and keep classes running smoothly. For booking convenience, reservations are accepted up to 3 days in advance of the class start time, allowing flexibility for early planning. Last-minute participants can also book as late as 1 hour before the class begins, subject to availability. Please note: No-shows are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. A prior reservation is required for access to all classes and services. Booking in advance ensures your participation and helps us maintain optimal class attendance. By adhering to this policy, you help us provide the best possible experience for all participants.
